Asset Preservation Program

We are proud of our school facilities on campus. The Asset Preservation Program (APP) is designed to maintain the district physical plant and grounds by way of a continuous program of repair, maintenance and reconditioning. APP is intended to extend facility life and maximize State capital construction funding.

Pesticide Control Information

The District informs the school community regarding the application of pesticides to school grounds or school facilities. This includes the pre-notification of staff and parents of pesticide applications; posting of sites of pesticide applications; and record keeping, including an annual summary report of pesticide usage.

Asbestos Management Plan

The District complies with the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) requirements by preparing an asbestos management plan to monitor, prevent and reduce asbestos hazards. All presently-occupied school facilities have been determined to be asbestos-free. The district’s management plan and any asbestos-related actions taken or planned are available for public review by request at the district administrative office at (509) 937-2791.
