Extracurricular athletics are offered to students in middle school, depending on levels of student participation and coach availability for any seasonal sport (football, volleyball, basketball, softball/baseball, soccer, or track & field).

Valley School’s sports programs operate within the WIAA and Department of Health guidelines for participation. Students and their parents/guardians interested in playing will recieve sport-specific information and safety guidelines. 

Sign Up for Sports Online with ‘FinalForms’
The Valley School Athletic Department partners with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows parents/guardians to electronically review health and safety information, and complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students.

We request that ALL parents/guardians of athletes use FinalForms. We are here to help register students and assist with the FinalForms service. Parents/guardians are welcome to come to the school to use a computer. Please call the school at (509) 937-2413 if you need assistance. 

The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from sports season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that students and parents won’t need to fill out repetitive paperwork!

Parents may review family and student data in FinalForms at any time to verify it is accurate. Parents will be required to sign the athletic forms once per year and after any update made to the data. Students will need to provide an email address so they can sign their part of the forms; either a personal email address or their school email address may be used.
